Intro to Yoga |
Designed for those who have been curious, yet shy about joining a yoga class. We will start with the basics, learning body alignment, postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. This class is for beginners and safe for all ages.

Vinyasa

This is an intermediate level class that connects the postures into a flow that requires knowledge of the postures, strength and flexibility. We will also be working with the breath. At least six months yoga experience required. |

Restorative Yoga Workshop |
"Learning to relax is at the heart of living well" This is a deeply restorative yoga session to help heal the effects of chronic stress on the body, mind and spirit. This class is suitable for those who have never experienced yoga as well as more experienced students.
